Are your drivers licensed and checked?
Yes, absolutely. All of our drivers are fully licensed by North Devon District Council for private hire. Every driver also holds a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. You can travel with confidence knowing your safety is our highest priority.
Do you operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Yes, when you book an airport transfer, simply give us your flight number and we’ll monitor your flight live on the day. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver will adjust accordingly so they’re always there when you land. There’s no extra charge for this service.
Do you offer school transport and hospital transfers?
Yes, school transport and hospital appointments are two of our most important services. For school runs, all drivers are DBS-checked and we maintain a consistent, reliable schedule your family can count on. For hospital journeys, we understand the importance of these appointments and always aim to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
Do you do long-distance journeys outside North Devon?
Absolutely. We regularly carry passengers to Bristol Airport, Exeter Airport, Exeter city centre, Taunton, Bristol, and beyond. We can take you anywhere in the UK, just let us know your destination and we’ll arrange everything. Long-distance journeys are priced fairly and agreed upon upfront.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
